FREE!!! You say? Trying you say? What is the problem then? Well this is my quest.

I am trying to find a left handed 1911 owner with the name "Jason" to give my old dress holster to.

I made myself a new, what I call a barbecue holster, and want to find someone to give my old one to. No I don't barbecue holsters, but I do wear dress holsters to barbecues. I make holsters so I tooled my name onto it and I am a south paw and it is for a 1911. Which makes it even harder as 1911's are usually not ambidextrous so south paws don't as often own one.

I know... and before you flame me for even suggesting that left handed people don't like 1911's it is just a fact that most of these guns don't have a thumb safety for us lefties.

With that aside, I have a very nice left handed paddle holster for free to the first taker on my web site Archangel Leather for just the cost of shipping. This one is even hand stitched with some tooling. No there are no handling fees or catches just standard USPS or Fedex shipping.

It is Christmas time and I would prefer if any of you could find a young kid just starting out who would like a $100 holster for the cost of shipping that probably couldn't afford one otherwise then grab this for them. It doesn't have to be a young guy either maybe a older retired guy on a fixed income too. But the first person that goes to my web site and looks in the specials area on the right of the page and throws it into their cart and checks out will only be charged shipping for this holster.

If you fit the description above and just can't come up with the shipping contact me quickly with the head count of your children or why you can't come up with 12 bucks for shipping but still own a 1911 then I will ship it to you for free.

It is in new condition and I will package it in our company packaging so it can be used as a gift as well.

Merry Christmas all on this web site I cannot state how much I have been helped here in the past and we are so lucky to live in America and have a resource like this web site.

Happy Holidays ALL...

That is very generous! I have a grandson named Jason who loves 1911s, but he is a righty! If it only said Ron, or Grampa, or A******, or something else descriptive of me, I'd go for it! Best of luck in your quest!

I'm a lefty but not a Jason and don't wear dress or owb holsters. Do you have a IWB one? :)

I'll post it later...

Nice lookin' hunk of leather there. I'd be interested to see the holster that replaced that holster.

I'll post one as soon as I do another product photo session. But take a look at my web store there is a slide show of holsters on the front page.

Archangel Leather

Depending on my schedule I might have another give away or two next month. Hoping to find a good cause or reward someone for community work. Or maybe do something through the NRA or NAGR. We'll see.

Got a few IWB in stock...

If you are in Afganastan serving our country , I dont think your money is good here. I would like to add a few $ to cover the cost of shipping ,any one else want to add $2 each ? lets get this delivered for him. Adams 484 is your address in your web site. and do not accept his money , I am sending a few $ towards it, others may follow.

Well there you have it!!!!!

I would be proud to give your holster to my son. You are a good man, my son Jason JR is left handed and always gripes because all of mine, Jason SR are right handed!! I am in Afghanistan so I am sure he would enjoy an unique gift.

I am so glad to send it off to you today. And tell him I always have left handed holsters in stock. Hope you get back to the states soon so you can do some shooting with Jason JR. Please be safe and come back to us in good shape. Our prayers are with you all over there.

And thanks to all here at the forum for all the kind and thoughtful comments.
