Does Anyone Really Wear Hawaiian Shirts

I have a couple that are patterned in subdued colors, nothing bright. They're very comfortable. I live in shorts from May to mid-October, and I'll get some more of the Hawaiian shirts this year, unless I can find some guayaberas.

I'm way past dressing to impress women. Drape an old rotten stump in gold lame and you just have a silly-looking stump.

Yep, wear'em year round. Now in the "winter" they're the solid color ones but they're soooooo danged comfortable I wear them. When the temps pass 78 I wear the flower, palm tree, tikki, birds and etc ones.

Like someone else said, they're comfortable and I don't care anymore what other people think.

I wear them all summer but so I don't look foolish or funny I cover them with a serape.

I wore one the last day I worked. There was a new VP I had never been introduced to and I met him and another VP in the hallway. The new VP told me I didn't look very professional. I told him it was my last day and I had heard he was a jerk and he just proved it. I soon got a call from the VP I knew and he was laughing so hard he could hardly talk. He told me that was what everyone wanted to tell the guy.

Sure do. Comfortable in the desert heat here. Easy for concealed carry. Them and fishing shirts (i.e. Columbia)

Used to sometimes wear the more colorful "Hawaiian" shirts but I've morphed to more subdued colors. When not wearing a tee I wear them close to year round. I have a boatload of Columbia, North Face etc. 100% cotton in mostly solid colors (not the fishing shirts). Great for concealed carry, comfortable and they all have a front pocket for my cell phone so its not dragging my shorts off my ***.

I have two that I wear in the summer. I have a friend who wears them all year round when he's not working.

We have a local A/C service Co. that is named after a popular Hawaiian greeting. Everyone in the Company wears them.
