midsouthshooterssupply is showing CCI small and large pistol and small and large rifle in stock for about $27 per 1000 - but with shipping and hazmat fees you'd have to oder 8,000 to get the price per primer down to about 3.2 cents each. If you only order 1000 then it is over 5 cents each. The last large batch I bought from Midway with a money off deal was about 2.8 cents each.

Anyone looking for powder may want to look at Grafs Graf & Sons - Smokeless Powder, they're not listed on the gunbot vendor list. I found Winchester Autocomp there today (4# limit), I ordered my 4# and was going to post it here but they showed "out of stock" right after I ordered. I must have ordered just in time. The reason I mention it after the fact is that this is the first Winchester pistol powder I've seen for sale in quite a while, hopefully this is an indication that Winchester/Hodgdon is shipping to retailers.

With gunbot I have seen some really strange things. Besides the Sportsmans Warehouse that frequently lists powders available but doesn't have any when you go to the site. NatchezSS I've noticed will list several powders available, then I think after several orders are received marks them out-of-stock, then will relist them a few minutes later--almost like they are confirming inventory.

ThirdGenerationShootersSupply (3rdgss.com) lists a quantity on their site when powders are listed in stock--sometime see 150lbs or more listed by some powders.
