Settings, Java, Flash, ActiveX? I'm as dense as a post and lazy as a dog under a sunny window when it comes to computer issues. Every time I Ctrl C then V it's an adventure.

Magnificent Seven.

It was the music for my high school's fight song. I've long forgotten the words but can still hum the music.

Does "Paint Your Wagon" qualify as a Western?

Clint singing? That's gotta rate something...

"Whatever the bid is, I'll double it!"

Ive got: The Good, the bad, and the ugly--as one of my ring tones. Another I have as a tone--is Yellow Stripes (from) Escape From Fort Bravo, also, theme from: She Wore A Yellow Ribbon--from movie of the same name.

I posted a websoite weeks ago-that is the best ive seen on movie themes--mainly Western and War movie themes. I dont have it with me off had--or id postit again.Others I love are: I Left My Love (from) The Horse Soldiers, and he theme for: The Searchers.

Tex Ritter with High Noon is great but I think my all time favorite is from The Searchers with John Wayne. Written by Stan Jones and not sure who what group sang the title song but I would suspect the Sons of the Pioneers

Ditto here and--it was the Sons of the Pioneers. I love all their stuff. "Festus" (Ken Curtis) was the lead in the group for awhile--also took over an orchestra that was led by Frank Sinatra.

True Grit Remake

Iris Dement - "Leaning on the Everlasting Arms." As remakes go, this was a very good one and the spare, gospel song was the perfect accompaniment to the story.

On the other hand, did you ever hear him play jazz piano? He used to do that quite well.

That I have. :-)) I watched a doc of sorts that was about him and the movie: Bird. They showed him paying the piano and I thought he was very good. His Son,Kyle--writes the music for most of his last several movies.

Lee Marvin singing "Wandering Star", got to see that flick in boot camp. Our Battalion Sergeant Major tossed us a bone cause my platoon all qualified, with the M-14. He Told us he served and fought with private Marvin on Saipan.
