Super Bowl Predictions!

I think that most "experts" will agree that the Packers totally CHOKED!
As a "long-suffering" Vikings fan I think I know what I'm talking about. Patriots by 10.

I don't think the Pack choked at all, the thing is, when one goes to catch a football, it is wise to catch it in your hands, using your helmet is not a good thing.

Come on! When you intercept 4 or 5 passes, score on and embarrass an overly-hyped defense and then lose by a trick play, and a flailing "Fran Tarkington" 2 point conversion, followed by a sand-lot, desperation, bomb...
you CHOKED

Actually, Seattle controlled most of the second half. They had a time consuming drive but ended up Wilson throwing the interception in the end zone then another drive which resulted in the fake field goal. The fourth quarter resulted in the big turn around. Remember, Green Bay gave up 3 touch downs, two when it mattered (during regulation - four if you count OT); Seattle gave up one.

You could say Green Bay should have gone for it on those 4 and 1 goal line but Green Bay failed to punch it in 6 times. On-side kick and 2 point conversion botches were made by Green Bay - playing the best they could at the time. So, saying a team 'choked' or 'gave the game away' not only disrespects the team but the accomplishments of the opposing team. Also consider Seattle has a history of making some improbable comebacks (Sea vs Redskins 2013 wildcard, down by 14; Sea vs Atlanta 2013 conference championship, down by 21).

As for the superbowl, it will depend upon how well Lynch is running early. If Lynch can't gain more than 3 yards a carry, Wilson is going to try some desperation throws in tight coverage. Or if they use Turbin or Michaels early, it will open up the offense.

My prediction: Lynch will run the ball on every Seattle's first down.

as a Pack fan, i'll admit i don't hold any hatred for the 'hawks (thought Wilson would be a good pro qb after his year at the UW and I do root for him). That game was just weird from start to finish. But seems the only team of the 4 that played Sunday that really seemed to be on their game was the Pats.
If Sherman and Thomas were both 100% healthy i'd give the edge to Seattle in the Superbowl. But as they are not I may swing towards the Pats winning it all. Just not sure if the emotional high from Seattle's OT victory can carry them 2 weeks later.

I predict a boring blowout, with the Patriots winning.

In the first half of the Green Bay game, Seattle's offense was horrifyingly bad. They won't be able to get away with that against the Patriots.

but...
I admit I might be a tad bitter, having lost a theoretical wager.

Pats by 10.

While I like Brady and Gronk I absolutely dispise Belichick and little "Hoody" McDaniel. A couple of low life cheaters in my book. I'm not a Broncos fan, though I live in the Denver area, but what "Hoody" did in his short time here showed he's incapable of functioning on his own and needs to continue as Bad Bill's toady.

I've always liked NFC teams, my heart goes to Seattle, the football fan in me hopes for a tight game with the Hawks winning. The other side of me would love to see the Patriots destroyed and humiliated though I don't see that happening. Close game, Seattle win is my hope.

I am amending my prediction!

With all the talk of cheating by the Pats (Stay on top too long and the whole world is out to get you!), I now think that the distractions will get to them.....

I see Seattle tearing them up and finishing the job that the media started (breaking down the Pats dynasty).

I remember when Mike Tyson bit Evander Holyfields' ear during a fight......I felt that the boxing world would never be the same.

Feels like the Pats run (2001-present day) is now coming to an end.....It was great while it lasted!

If the footballs are fully inflated, Seahawks win..

sent from my phone 'cause I'm too lazy to walk to the laptop..

Thanks to the NFL officials that were working the game. The Patriots played the entire first half with underinflated footballs. The first half ended in the Pats holding onto a slim ten point lead! After they discover the error, they removed the incorrect balls. The Patriots went on to score 28 unanswered points. Good thing the Colts used regulation balls. Just another disgruntled Colt fan.

Seahawks 34 - Pats 21

Seattle's defensive line is better than the Pats offensive line. Seattle's middle linebackers are better as well as the secondary.

Brady is a great quarterback. But very immobile.

The Pats have a mediocre running game. Seattle has one of the best.

Seattle's defense will control the game. If the Pats don't establish a running game it will be that much easier for Seattle.

Funny how one can tell what area of the country another is from just by reading through an internet forum!

I have no idea who will win but I do hope that Brady goes down hard and that opinion has nothing to do with the P.S.I. in the footballs - he's definitely talented but it's hard to get past his lying, cry baby attitude. I believe (at least hope so) that Marshawn Lynch rips the Patriots up and that Brady ends up on his rear end or face down more than once. I love the Steelers (who by the way deserved what they got) but I'm pulling for Seattle in this one!

pats all the way deflate -gate, thats the refs fault lets fece it the other team got hammered . that had nothing to do with ball . just good ball playing if my team played so bad id be crying also. cant stand Sherman he got head problems
