Well that sucks... I bought my MP45 in February... 
Looked at an M&P9c at a gunshow couple weeks ago and did not get it. Have been kicking myself until I saw this offer of free mags. I'll be giving the dealer a call this week and hopefully can get it bought this week end.

There must be a Mass state law that prohibits this. Makes sense, they have a law to prohibit just about everything else.
I don't think so, I remember getting free mags 4 years ago for M&P purchases in Ma.

You can fill out the form on line if you take a picture of your receipt.
Still says:
Your rebate form has been submitted. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing time.
But in the usual Smith fashion it is probably a "CYA" statement. I got my 22 back from them a lot sooner than they promised. Before the "minimum" time.

Well, it says on the Nation's Finest "This offer cannot be combined with any other S&W offer and applies to individual purchases for newly manufactured firearms purchased from authorized dealers."
But that wouldn't stop me.
I just picked up a fullsize 40 to go with my 40c.....I'm going to give it a try I'm going to send off for the 3 mags first since those are worth a little over $100 then give the military discount a try. Worth a shot

Yep, just bought my new M&P 40c two days ago. Submitting online rebate form was pretty painless, once I figured out how to scan my 2-foot-long register receipt into a jpeg. Looking forward to my free magazines!

Yup it was a long one, mine had ammo on it also making it longer plus it had layaway history. I took a pic with my phone and cropped it with Gimp. That was definitely the longest part of the process but I bet it gets results before they open letters.

I just spoke with smith and unfortunately someone in their legal dept. Uncovered a law wich states that to receive any magazines it must be through an ffl and show my licence in MA....weird cuz I bought Wilson combat MAGS last month and received them via USPS. SMITH should give MA residents something else in return...night sights ??? Sorry for the rant, i just disappointed
