I have been nothing but satisfied with their product, and have recommended them more than once. But when I contacted them to order a replacement screw for the belt clip which I ruined through my own inability to operate a Philips screwdriver, they INSISTED on sending me a whole new clip set at no charge. It shipped less than four hours later. I wish I could buy another gun just so I could purchase another of their holsters.

arrived. Great CS.
I didn't really like the tuckable part of the clip and so took a clip off a holster (one of those in the "box") I no longer used. I did like the original one for it being more narrow than the one I used from another holster.
I needed the N82 to keep all of the pistol from touching my skin here in hotting up southern Arizona. (T-shirt only time) If I'm wearing an under shirt I still use my Comp-Tac Neutral carry.
Those two Nates have great CS.
I had the very same experience. The screw head seemed soft and I messed it up. Called them and three days later the whole set

I can vouch for their customer service. I ordered one of their holsters, it wasn't comfortable at all to me, and they accepted the return with a smile. I wrote up a very nice letter detailing the areas I suggested for improvement, and I got a personal email in return from one of them thanking me for the suggestions. Great company.

N8 holsters
I haven't had a need to contact them, but my own N8 holster is awesome and I use it almost every day. It's very secure, keeps my 40C tucked inconspicuously inside my waistband, and I've had no problems with any hardware on it whatsoever.
