Wondering if anyone else received it. Following the GB header it reads, "A Message from our Partner:"

After that, a short letter offering to give away 1000 rounds of ammo free to 3 winners. All he asks is for a name and email address.

The closing reads, "Tactically yours, Lou Prep"

Sounds odd to me. I know I haven't given you much information to go on, but that's essentially all there is to it. What would be your knee-jerk reaction?

Regards,
Andy

No, but I am waiting for a bunch of money from a Nigerian Prince right now. All I had to do was send him my SSN. I'm going to be rich!

Well, he better not be sending you the money he's already promised to me, I'll tell you that right now.

I got it too.

Since I already have a registered account, hence the email, I just deleted it.

I'll keep my fingers crossed (NOT!) that they consider me for their free stuff, just as they would all the folks that will sign up because of today's email.

You're not going ot miss out on anything.

At the bottom, is it sent from "the USCCA"? If so, it's an ad from a company that seems to have names from alot of gun forums and like minded groups. They will try to sell you their cd's and membership in their concealed carry organization. I've always just deleted this stuff. I get enough junk mail trying to sell me something as it is.

I believe that is a email sent to Gunbroker "Gold Members", likely from one of GB's many "partners" which equates to advertisers. I never received anything like this until I signed up to be a Gold Member so I could buy one of the decommissioned Marine SPECOP M45A1's.
