Dyngus day in 2018/2019 - When, Where, Why, How is Celebrated?

On March 17th folks pretend they are Irish, on May 5th folks pretend they are Mexican.
Why not pretend to be Polish tomorrow. For me any excuse for a party is a good one, so lets celebrate like a Polish person on Dyngus Day.

I am Polish... Now where can we celebrate? My folks were born here, though so I never received much"culture" I live in CT.
