Model 10 Snubby Picture Thread!

Hey everyone,
I have been madly in love with the Model 10 snub for some time now. I'm itching to own one, but can't afford one outright and my local gun shop doesn't have one. I do currently have a 64-2 snub on layaway and almost ready to pick up which is as close as I can get to a Mod. 10 without it being a Mod. 10. I would love to see everyone's Model 10 snubs. I love and really want a round butt snub Mod. 10, but I have grown to greatly love the SB version as well. If you could, would y'all indulge me with pictures of your Model 10 snubs either RB or SB?!? Thanks! Hope this gets some kick butt pictures goin!

That is very nice! I love that gun! I'm usually not big on the stag grips, but that looks great on yours! Once I get my 64 snub, I'm going to polish the **** out of it and I'm, at some point, going to replace the trigger and hammer with case hardened T & H So it looks a lot more like a nickel Mod. 10. I already have my fake pearl magnas, just waiting to pay off the rest of the gun. Only 130 bucks to go!

Here's one of the seller's pics of a 10-7 that I picked up in a GB auction
a few years ago. For some reason a previous owner sanded down the
matching number grips a bit.

About 20 years ago I picked up a 2" 10-5 shipped in 1969 for a buck and a half from a NorCal pawn shop. Wife had it dressed up as a 50th BD gift seven years later after I casually mentioned that I might like to have an engraved handgun.

I have been keeping my eye on a 10-5, RB with original grips for which the seller is asking $500. VG to excellent cosmetics (but haven’t yet taken off the grips to check condition of grip frame) and mechanically sound.

Thoughts on price?

Already have a 19-5, 2-1/2” and 66-4, 2-1/2” so no pressing “need” for another K-frame snub.

OP, you took the words right out of my mouth. I have lusted over the 2" round butt K frame revolver for years but haven't been able to come across the proper deal on one.
For now, I guess I have to be content with being a voyeur.
