Won this on auction yesterday, and from the pictures she looks damn near new (except for turn line) This is my first K frame (fills a gaping hole in my small, growing collection) and I can't wait to take possession of it.

Was looking for help on year of manufacture.

19-4, Serial #: 69K14**

Thanks in advance.

Could there be a problem with the site? I had trouble logging on just now. Had to take the long way, not like usual????????????????

Sooooo ... 80? 81?
Probably 1981 but the only way to know is to get a ship date on your specific revolver.
I have six verified ship dates for 19-4's in the 69K's and all but one are early 1981 and the only 1980 is a 4" in December, 1980.

I was watching that listing. I've got a 4" 19-3 bit still want a 6" P&R 19.

A lovely revolver. I love my Model 19-3. I shoot my six-inch "Combat Magnum" better than any handgun I've ever shot.
