I think it's almost impossible to say what it is worth. I'd say that to the right person it could be worth several hundred or maybe $1000. There's no question there are CA collectors out there.
The question is how to find them.
If I owned it and wanted to sell, I'd put it on Gunbroker at auction and see what happens. More likely, I'd put it in the safe.

No snobbery. Just stating my opinion on putting $1,000 engraving on a $200 gun.

I can't find a thing online about him. No contact information on the "Certificate of Authenticity". Considering it's dated just last May I find that all very odd. But it matters not. Beautiful engraving is beautiful engraving. It can stand on its own.

Lipstick on a pig
C'mon man.
Can't imagine there'd be much of a market for that particular gun. Charter Arms makes great little revolvers, but an aftermarket engraving on a utility revolver? Looks neat though.

Heathburden123 didn't share his good fortune with all of the members to have someone call it "lipstick on a pig". That is really bad taste. I have 4 Charter Arms revolvers myself. Good guns and a good company too. And that is one cool engraved revolver!

Way I figure it if a 450.00 model 60 can sell for 1800.00 to 2500.00 a 250.00. Barter arms can sell for a 1000.00!!!

Is it stainless? If so I've been wanting a stainless CA 44. They are so light for a 44 and I like 44s. Just know I'd be shooting it. I would make a very cool carry gun. How much?

I'd contact The Firearms Engravers Guild of America (FEGA).
Email them the pics you have along with the pic of the letter of authenticity. Any other info you may have on the pistol.
They have quite a Historical Research collection of past and present engravers and associated companys. They most likely will be able to tell you something of the engraver(s).

Send the info to Van Angle in VA and then it will be passed on to the person who is handling the research at this time. I think it's still Carl Bleile. He posts here sometimes as well.
Mention the other Charter revolver done by Angelo Bee and include that picture as well. Might be a business connection betw your revolver and engraver and Angelo Bee.
Angelo is a VERY well known engraver in the trade. He recently announced his retirement, but I seriously doubt he can go very long w/o engraving something. He's turned out a lot of work in his time at the bench. Started as an FN engraver in Belgium in the 50's.
That A/Bee one I see sold (or appears to have sold) for over $2000 according to the ad.
