. . . you are at risk from coronavirus.

If you were shocked Stan Musial was making $100,000 a year playing ball.

If everyone prayed before class.

If you couldn't change channels because Red Skelton was on.

For us it was Mom wanting to watch Liberace and Bishop Fulton J. Sheen.
Dad would make fun of Liberace and it would make Mom angry.:D

I Could remember when Coke and Pepsy had some body and actually tasted good.
.....
Tomney's Pharmacy had wooden floors, and an all dark wood, four-stool soda counter, just like an old time bar, and a Coke came in the traditional Coke glass, the one that sorta resembled an upside down bell. Mr. Tomney or the soda jerk would dip the glass into the bin of crushed ice, put the glass dripping with ice under the tap, pull that lever just like the handle in a bar for keg beer, and we'd watch the Coke syrup coat and cover the ice, then he'd move the glass over and top it off with super fizzy soda water.
Those Cokes were the real deal, much more syrupy, much more tasty and satisfying than the watered down corn syrup-sweetened dish water we get today.
Sigh...........

If you remember black & white TV.

If you know how to use a rotary phone.

I even know how to use a padlocked rotary phone.

In fact. I still have a rotary phone in my land line.:D

Yes. I still have a land line.

My Country was slow on colour TV(it only started in 1980), so, affirmative for the B & W.

FWIW, those of us who may be more at risk are not at a greater risk of catching it - we are at greater risk of REALLY BAD stuff happening if we do.
Yeah, like suddenly finding yourself dead. :(

Had to spend all day Friday catching up with my PCP in his office and getting multiple x-rays and multiple lab tests at two different facilities and new prescriptions after merely a month out of the loop. It may have just been a month, but it seemed like forever. While there, the good Doc reminded me in no uncertain terms that I am a prime candidate for ending up dead from the virus. :(

In fact, I think he was a little surprised to find out that I was still alive. :o
