California Ammo restrictions.

Within the last hour or so, the hoops we've been forced to go through to buy ammo out here have been ruled to violate the 2nd.

The state will probably appeal to the 9th, but as far as SCOTUS doubtful. If they lose at the SCOTUS, it sets a precedent and they don't want to do that.

I was stationed there for several years too. This is the ONLY place that I lived while in the Air Force that I would never live again. I could be happily retired in all other places i was stationed, but not there.
