Bout April of last year I had 3 barrels of 5.56 LC green tip I traded to a dealer here on the east coast for a fair amount of IMI 9mm and 45acp. Around here it's hard to find a range to shoot long rifle, besides, I still have on hand a nice supply of IMI 5.56. Had health issues, heart, gastro, needed stents placed along with a pacemaker I decided to get rid of my collection of long rifles including the Kivaari and all the Weatherbys I got from the S&L deals of the 80s. I kept a few rifles of various makes, but most of the long gun collection is gone as is a larger portion of handguns I find I could part with. Some I traded for ammo, some for cash and some for handguns I'd rather have.

I'm older, carried the M16 in both the Marine Corps and Army. Shouldn't matter what you like or don't. Reminds me of the Perazzi crowd badmouthing those cretins shooting IPSC. Sounds like someone needs a big spoonful of Fletchers Castoria.
