NORMA AMMO FREE SHIP OVER $50

Does Norma Ammo have regular primer pocket flash holes ?

I've noticed quite a bit of Norma brass lately in the stuff the RSO's at the range sweep up for me. I haven't had any trouble with de-priming it with Hornady or Redding dies. But the flash holes are noticeably smaller. I stand all my 9mm brass up together after tumbling to look for .380 and those cases that have the interior belt/step/ledge. I can spot the Norma brass when I'm looking down in the cases.

I consider Norma to be of the highest quality.

I have previously ordered some Norma 9mm through the crooks who used to pawn it here in the US. Very good quality stuff, made in Hungary I believe. Great news that they have decided to sell directly; the other seller was infamous for over-charging.

From Wikipedia:

Åmotfors
Norma Precision is a Swedish manufacturer of ammunition located in Åmotfors, in the province of Värmland, just 20 km off the Norwegian border. It is commonly referred to as simply Norma.

If you made an account on the Norma site, you can check the status of your order.

My order status is 'On Hold', but that could be standard terminology for orders placed over the weekend.

Thanks for the heads up! I ordered some .22 and some 9mm, and with free shipping the prices were very competitive compared to what I have available locally.

Re: OP. Just now found your post. Checked and was able to order a case of the 9mm w/ free S/H. OTD $405 delivered. Best price I've seen in the last two years. Local pawn shot has Mag-Tech for $21.99/box plus tax ... But cannot buy a case due to limits. Understandable since the shop has no better access to ammo that customers. JMHO. Maybe it will be delivered before Saturday! Would be cool as that is my birthday! Sincerely. bruce.

Got my little order today.
250 rounds for about $97 delivered.

$20 a box for 115 gr 9mm is better than what I can find it for around my area.

Thanks again to BIGDOC for posting up the deal!

They don't like people in Massachusetts. I'm not sure why.

It may be shipping restrictions, either to the entire state or certain areas, for ammunition. My former home state of CA (as I recall) now requires a buyer's license and shipment to a dealer. :(

Of my two orders, one made it here (Central Florida) in only a few days; the other has been repeated rescheduled by FedEx and as of this afternoon is says "Delivery Pending" with no specific date. The last scan location was Savannah, GA. I know this is not Norma's fault but an issue with Fed Ex so I will have to wait and see when it actually arrives.

Dunno what their regular shipping charge is.

Thanks to BIGDOC for the original post.

Received my .38 Special ammo this morning. 9 days from order to receive. Looks good. 158 grain FMJ. Made in Hungary.

Now I have enough .38 on hand that I don't have to ration it to myself!

I wanted to send a big thank you to BIGDOC for bringing the Norma Ammunition promotion to the Forum. While I have two ammo cabinets jam packed with every caliber I shoot, I'm always buying more when I find a reasonable price on something. We'll never get back to the prices of two years ago, so when I saw the value of the 9mm rounds offered at NormaShooting, I bought 22 50-round boxes to add to my stash. Thanks again BIGDOC, much appreciated.
