I have had 4. A 1988 , a 70 convertible, a 2002 Z06 and a 2003 Z06. The first three were fine, the 03 Z06 was the worst car i ever owned. Everytime I took it out it seemed like something electronic broke.

I had a beautiful white 67 Corvette coupe. Only thing left are fond

memories and a ''Sting Ray'' l gave to '75Vette'. Bought used in 1970

after Viet Nam. Sold it in 1974 after the first kid arrived. Only

Zero Depreciation auto l have ever owned. Sold it for near what l paid after

four joyous years.

My opinion only. These cars are meant to be DRIVEN. Corvettes are like

beautiful Women and Smith & Wesson revolvers. Drive the car.

I have a triple black, two top, 1993 6-speed Vette. It had 1994 ZR1 wheels 275/40 all the way around when I got it. I had the rear end changed out to 3:90. I'm glad I have double overdrive!

And then there were two. These cars breed like 44 magnums. After months of searching I found this shiny magnetic red ragtop 02 with 27000 on the odometer. I think it pairs nicely with the 75.

The stock lug nuts got replaced pronto with shiny chrome ones thank you very much.

I had 3, a '58 a '65 and a '70. '58 was relatively trouble free and a lot of fun. '65 was fun but was the first Corvette with 4 wheel disc brakes and they had the worst design ever. A friggen nightmare to work on. The '70 had a 350HP 350 from the factory with 11:1 compression. Would only run right on Sunoco 260. The cowl and headlight doors were vacuum operated and had about 70' of vacuum hoses that ran to dashboard switches for light doors and cowl over wipers. My buddy had a silver '69 427 coupe with factory side pipes, a beautiful Vette. In a race I could beat him outta the hole and for about 3/4's of a block then he'd fly by me like a rocket.

I had a 1969 convertible with side pipes. Perhaps my least favorite car and was glad to sell it! I much preferred my Austin Healy 3000, Datsun 280Z, and my 1974 Camaro.

I started out with a '68 4 speed convertible, then a '01 Z06,'03 Z06,'09Z06, 2012 Callaway convertible, and my current one a '07 Ron Fellows Z06. These were over a 30 year period. Below are the last three.

Here is my 1998 C5 with 43k on it, My dad bought it new, I bought it from him in 2016

Back in the day, I had a '67 convertible, Elkhart blue, 327/350 hp.
I got to the point where I said "It's time to grow up, settle down, raise a family".
Worst decision I ever made.
At my age now, I still have an urge for a C4--under rated but can be made to go quick. But no auto trans, thank you.

I had fast cool cars until wedding bells in 79. Then it was pickups and vans. Divorced in 1992 and 1st purchase was a C4 divorce car. Got a fine wife now who likes cool cars so for my 71st bday/Valentines I bought a 2004 C5 convertible. I don't think I look a day over 70 in it.

I have an 1978 15,000 miles now has a 427 small block 565 horses. Original was 8.5 compression 185 horse. My wife has an 1992 red with black convertible top.
