Three dead at Lock, Stock & Barrel range in Grantville GA?

Well....ought not to be too hard to find out what local owned what automatic weapon in the caliber that matches the shell casings. Important clue.
I bet law enforcement is working their CI's hard.
True, but we have several, various gangs here and I don't think they procure their guns through legal avenues?

What if the automatic weapon used was one of the guns stolen in the robbery?

Shot patterns and brass piles could be an indicator of full auto. an AR at 700RPM is had to duplicate with a finger. Not that many Jerry Miculek around. Lot of sub guns leave tattle tales on brass.

If you don't know they are coming, they have any kind of a plan at all they will get you, I don't care who you are.

Hard to be 100%, 100% of the time, day in day out. For most people just a 1 second head start would be hard to overcome. The normal human reaction time to visual stimulus is .25 seconds. Then to realize what is happening and react. I mean think about the 21' knife distance rule. Possible only the male owner was armed, 3 guys come in the door, first 2 obscuring 3rd who already has gun out and ready and its all over.

Great job by LE.
Hang em high. What a ***.
RIP to the family.

Good thing the slime ball is caught. I wonder if the reward that was offered helped to apprehend the criminal?

From the Atlanta Journal Constitution:

"The arrests shocked the community and normally quiet Grantville,"

They were shocked by the arrest! What about the triple homicide!!!!!

DAMNED NEWS REPORTERS

Glad to see an arrest so quickly. I believe Georgia still has the death penalty, but it will be too long coming if ever.

In Territorial days the Utah Territory had three options for the death penalty, Hanging, Firing squad and Beheading! The last was never used. What I think was a good feature of executions in those days though is that the prisoner was returned to the crime scene and the sentence of death executed there.

I believe the whole community is relieved. Law enforcement made quick work of the case. From what I'd heard they started getting several tips and leads within a day or so of the shootings. It says the shooter came from College Park which is about 30 minutes north of Grantville. I grew up in that area and it's NOTHING like it was back then.

A buddy of mine's BIL is actually the lead ATF agent on the case so I'll share any info as it comes. The only thing I've heard different so far is he/they collected all their shell casings after the robbery, perhaps they missed a few in the confusion?
I grew up with 75vette and College Park is a bastion of crime, whoers and gang bangers now.
EDIT: Obviously, I should have said I would only release any info I was allowed to repeat. Thank you Muss for pointing that out to me.

If he was my BIL, I'd never tell him anything again, ever . . .
