The Russians have gone in

Analysts believe, based on two recent
video clips, that Putin is ailing.

First clip showed him with one of his
ministers at a Kremlin meeting. The
second clip he is at Orthodox Easter
Sunday mass yesterday.

If not ailing, maybe he just isn't
getting enough sleep from worry.
Perhaps Stalin is keeping a spot for him in the depths of Hades.

There has been a lot of speculating based on the table-clutching, including "remote diagnosis" of Parkinson's. He sure doesn't look relaxed.

Looking at his thigh, looks skinny. He used to be Mr. Muscle.

My curiosity lies with just what
the Kremlin will stage if anything
for a May 9 VE parade. What
weaponry might be displayed.
What ministers and generals will
appear with Putin if there's a
reviewing balcony.

He would do well to avoid reviewing troops from a grandstand about now....or at least that would be Sadat's advice.

The Chinese "Wumao" internet trolls were laughing on line and saying that the Ukrainian women should be taken to China to be slaves.

Ukrainians got wind of it- Ukrainian fighting men and women and civilians

Some Chinese in the Ukraine got a very harsh lesson might still be going on- dunno.

Wrong of course- as there are many Anti-Communist Chinese E.G. the hundreds of thousand rebels in the Hong Kong revolt many are now in Chicom Gulug's, slavery, organ harvesting etc. 40% of the Hong Kong rebels were females.

Hats off much respect to the Ukrainians. We think we are immune to such horror but we are not. I wonder if we could do as well as them if the USA was invaded in such a savage and brutal way? Makes me wonder about that alot.

Let's have some medical people weigh in here

He also kept tapping/twitching his right
foot. Still, maybe he just had to pee.

I don't see anything that makes me think he is ill. Sounds like wishful thinking.

Of course if he should fall over dead at any time I would be ecstatic!

As far as I'm concerned, it's more a worry than a wish. I don't think any historian would argue that Hitler's afflictions shortened the war. But being indisposed healthwise could certainly negatively impact any possible attacks of rational thinking Putin might still experience.

Might not be a very big parade. I hear 75% of his army force is in Ukraine.

Looked for information on this
but never found any:

Why do Russian honor guards at
attention thrust their chins upward
and keep their eyes looking at the
sky or ceiling?

Not only does it look very uncomfortable
but also rather silly.

It would have been nice if the West had given up a little more assistance a little earlier. I guess they didn't have any faith the Ukrainians would survive the first onslaught. I think Putin was intent on having all of the government heads murdered and installing a bunch of puppets.

It was sadly obvious that the US -- along with everybody else -- figured the Russians were just going to steamroll over Ukraine in a few days. We badly underestimated the resolve and grit of President Zelenskyy and his countrymen.

Secretary of State Blinken said today that he "absolutely" thinks Ukraine can win. Well, regardless of the outcome, Volodymyr Zelenskyy will go down in history alongside Winston Churchill and others who've lead their nations through times of great peril. The words "I need ammunition, not a ride" will live forever in the hearts of free men... :)

If there are enough left from those he has imprisoned.

With an unacknowledged number there permanently on "dirt nap" duty.

That's so the real close protection people can easily see that they are not about to do a Sadat on the VIP.

U.S. and other Western powers
resuming diplomatic ties with
Ukraine means NATO can
officially have on-site military
officers within Ukraine.

Of course, they will just be
there in diplomatic capacities. :)
