Picked up at local gun shop. Thought it is a piece of gun history. I believe it's all original and not renickeled! 22 short. Any info on this would be helpful.😎

Those are aspirational prices right now. May have been more accurate when the book was published, but the market for antiques like this is soft right now.

The only Model 1s I see breaking four figures right now are first issue guns, or "fancy" guns with engraving or inscriptions or something of that sort.
