I can not tell you how much I am learning from the 4 Boxes Diner and the Armed Scholar you tube channels. Both are lawyers, and Mark Smith, from the 4 Boxes Diner is a civil rights lawyer and a member of the Supreme Court Bar. The "Armed Scholar" was a lawyer for the FPC I believe.
Are there any other sources from reputable knowledgeable people, who can enlighten us further? I anxiously await around 5 pm pst, which is when new video usually appear. Not necessarily every day, but 5 or more a week for sure.
I also check the Firearms Policy Coalition's site where they keep very close tabs on litigation, and post court documents as soon as they are available. I frequently skim them directly, and read very pertinent to me ones. I can tell you, that most of the pro 2A documents are well written, and the defense documents are frequently at the near babble level of writting. It's like A+ and C- lawyers.
I expect to see Weiss v Bonta California 9th Circuit large Capacity mag documents today. Affects Washington's ban, same circuit of appeals.
Armed Scholar reported today that a case from Nevada, KCI could hit SCOTUS soon. PLCAA 3rd party liability lawsuits are the subject. Their magazine used by a bad person.
