It is Ruthie approved as those are what the staff at the nursing home use.
My dentist's office uses one like that. It seems to work.

A while back took my Buddy Jack to the Doc.
For an ulcerated esophagus procedure.
After the fun was over, the Nurse says he can’t leave until his BP goes up.
I looked at the huge 12 inch BP machine.
It was low!
I say, ask him about his Ex Wife.
His BP jumped 25 points!
She wrote it down and said, you can go now!
