Nah. The quake and tsunami happened on the other side of Japan, on the side facing the Sea of Japan. I'm on the Pacific side.Lovely! I was reading this morning of the earthquakes in Japan, the biggest of which registered 7.6Did this shake the shojis at your place?

Update on "Stormy" the soggy kitten
This is the one a photographer friend of my gf's found out on a photo shoot on Dec. 10 (post #6245) and quickly settled in.
She took him along in the car on a photo shoot today, putting him in a "cat-in-a bag" which he obviously loves, sleeping happily between her coat and camera bags:
He and Meeko seem to have hit it off, too.
Happy kitties, happy staff
