Prayer Request Update at #47

I don't ask for these often, but we need them now. My wife's daughter, my step-daughter was shot by her next door neighbor day before yesterday now. With the help of her son she made it into the house where they called 911. The normal responders, responded, did a "grab and go" for her, and took her to a hospital where they operated on her and removed a lot of her colon and intestines, and left her in a medically induced coma. She is still there today.

The police talked the shooter out and arrested him. He is in custody now facing a list of charges as long as my arm.

If you're so inclined, please pray for her, her family and for the guy who shot her.

PS Her name is Melissa.
