Hi, new member from CNY. I am an avid S&W user, not a fanboi, but enjoy their products and enjoy discussing them. Currently own an M&P 45 Mid, M&P Shield 9 1.0 (because did you see the prices in 2019?!), and a 5906. I have owned an M&P 40 that I traded for a Ruger Mini 14 (Don’t regret) and a 4566 that I traded for a Springfield xD (ultimately traded for a Sig P6 so a little redeeming, but not a 3rd gen 45…) when I was 23 and super stupid (heavily regret).
I have regretted selling the 4566 and have been on a mission to get one back. That led me to paying way too much for a new-old stock 5906 in 2020 because they’re awesome. I have 3rd gen fever and can’t stop searching for them on GunBroker. Eventually I’ll find one and pull the trigger. My current interest is to find a 5903/4/5/6 that’s in beater exterior condition that I can snag for a steal. Did I mention I regret selling a 4566?
Anyways, the new 1854 is calling my name as well, but so is my kids dance and ice hockey registration, new skates, tap shoes, oh man the truck needs new tires, shoot I need a 24-105 lens for my Canon (I’m a photographer), ahh the list goes on. Hope you had a little chuckle reading this.
