The Coral Snakes I have seen in my backyard run from me. I have no use in chasing a snake that runs from me to just kill it. If rattle snakes where aggressive I would have been bit many times in my lifetime. Now Cottonmouth is a different story, the last one I killed lets just say I was backing up quickly while he advanced towards me until his head left his body.
