Swiss Steak is starting to become a weekly. I kinda like to put it over mashed parsnips. Different for sure, but we like it.

Turkey day today, held off till after annual wellness check. Had 2 elevated test results, but attributed it to that pack of turkey gizzards.

Late Thanksgiving that took old boy 2 days to fix up. Every year tell myself not agin, but then the memories come back. Along with the cold white meat sandwiches on gooey brown bread with real mayo and salt.
