What is "HOT" Right now?

I'm helping out with the annual FC gun raffle, and I was wondering what the hot guns are right now.

I will admit, I'm mostly old school and do not keep up on what is trending in the new firearm, caliber, and scope realm.

Cost is an issue too, so we try to keep it under $800 or less.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would take the $$ & get a semi-custom .22LR of some sort. It'd be different, it could be cool if done well.

The new bodyguard 2.0 seems to also be hot on the internet. Not my flavor, but as they say YMMV.

Agree^^^. Several years ago a friend was selling raffle tickets for his VFW lodge. The prize was a new Savage Bolt Action Rifle with factory mounted scope in 6.5 Creedmoor. “Engage Model with Bushnell Scope”. I was the lucky winner. Very nice rifle and great accuracy.

The Rossi 92 lever rifles are a good bet. Their prices are going up but are still under $800. T Henry .22 rim-fire lever rifles are another one.
