From the top of the Moki Dugway, on the ground... 
Kind of weird to find this stretch of dirt, right in the middle of a state highway. It covers 1200' from the top of the mesa to the desert floor below.
Right next to Valley of the Gods, which is worth the visit.

LOL! He's one of two, his brother being "Charlie-of-epic-whiskers/curb feelers" who has appeared here several times. They are big boys, although at 15, they are slightly smaller now than they were in their prime
When they were kittens, the vet said, "There's a lot of cat in those kittens!"

LOL. My gf does shell out a fair bit for it, and moreso now that both cats are 15 and have some medical issues which require special medications.
Compared to the two massive, magnificently-groomed Bernese mountain dogs that completely "stopped traffic" in a local bookstore, probably not that much. I knew a fellow who had a similar-sized dog named "Snack Bar"
One a them 20 footers. He keeps a spare Miata in the trunk.
