The tag was marked as "15-4", but based on the SN (K399***) puts its DOB in 1960 if my Google-Foo is correct and makes it a 15--1. The stamp just reads "Mod -15".

It doesn't have the unknurled band on the ejector rod that is the usual indicator for the dash 1 switch to left hand thread.

This one is on the tail end of right-hand threaded ejector rods. It's a beauty.

Nice find. Those no dashes are a sweet spot. I've got a 29 ND and in the process of buying 610 ND. This could get addicting.

As others have said, it is a Model 15. It probably shipped in 1960.

Here are a couple of known serial numbers in that range:

K392022 Model 17 shipped in March 1960
K399845 Model 15 shipped in May 1960

We probably just missed each other. I almost bought that but opted for the 4 screw Model 25 instead that they had in the case!
