Pink Moon from Beaufort SC.
Pop's crew photo 447th bombardment group based in Rattlesden England, 8th Army Air Force. He is the pilot, top left in the photo, promoted to Captain on his 23rd birthday, May 8th 1944. Photo dated 11-1-43. He passed Nov 16th 2024 at age 103. 6 days before my 74th birthday. Bestest Pop there ever was. First mission 12-24-43, last mission 6-6-44 (d-day). Rescued from the floor of their garage sitting in a box in a flood plain in Poquoson Va. along with his diploma from UVA and the family photo album.

Two of my Peonies.
A few years back pre scouting for elk above the Snake river in Idaho, this cinnamon phase black bear ran across the road in front of us. My wife said that I took a picture of a rock. This was at 35 mm film camera, so I scanned the picture on the highest resolution I could and zoomed in on it for her. And that's where the picture of the cub came from. You may have to zoom in to see them correctly
