Saw A Cyber Truck Up Close And Personal

I saw a Cyber Truck up close for the 1st time today.

Today is Mrs. QD67's birthday, and I took her to the restaurant of her choosing. When we came out, there was a 4 door Cyber Truck parked out front.

I had no idea that these things were that big. I was thinking they were about the size of a Tacoma/Ranger for some reason.

Being a FF, I am not a fan of EV's at all. But I must admit, it was impressive. It would look right at home in a Star Wars movie.

About a year ago I was on one of my walks and three streets over I notices a man washing his Cyber Truck. I stopped to admire it and the man was happy to show me all its gadgetry. He then told me to hop in and off we went.

To say I was impressed would be a massive understatement.

I certainly see the appeal.

No, it was not plugged in, The restaurant is in a rural part of PA with no chargers.

Life is too short to drive an ugly truck. All that high-tech stuff ultimately goes bad and it's expensive to repair and will probably go bad when it's least convenient to repair.

In addition, if it ever catches fire good luck in putting the fire out. I'm sticking with diesel.
