Idea to create a new revolver with a modified action

This approach would immensely help keep the gun stationary when pulling the trigger.

It’s a lot harder to control the recoil than it is to keep gun stationary while pulling the trigger. It shouldn’t take too much practice to get good at the double action trigger pull. It’ll take awhile to get to the point where you can keep gun stationary while blasting through a cylinder full of .44 Mag.

I thought about a revolver that you wound up when loading. Cylinder advance and much of hammer cocking would be done with stored energy. Kind of slow on the reload but I read on the internet every day that a civilian doesn't need to reload in a shootout.

Way back in the prehistoric days (19th century) a clockwork wind-up device was developed to add on to a Colt revolver to cock the weapon for you. I have seen photos but never one of the actual devices. It looked intriguing though I have no idea how reliable it was.
