You are offered an all expenses paid trip to visit three different forum members. A three day stay at each.

Who would they be and why?

I think first I would like to visit Faulkner. His exploits are interesting and entertaining. Like to meet Daisy too.

Second, I think Chief38 would be an interesting visit. He seems like the ultimate do it yourself guy. His knowledge seems extensive.

And last but not least I think Rusty would have me laughing the entire three days. He is the class clown after all.

Rusty …..to learn why he likes silver bullets and to sit on his front porch with him a moment.
Cajun lawyer…..smart but down to earth. Take me duck hunting or fishing or eating somewhere special.
PatriotX….generous, mostly quiet yet certainly knowledgeable. Speak softly and carry a big stick? Something like that.

I'd put Wayne 'snubbyfan' on the list. He could smoke a cigar and waft some of the smoke in my direction. And yeah, I'd like to drop in on Caj and see why he spends more time than me in the forum corner with the 'Ding' hat on. And see if he really looks like John Belushi. Third would probably be the person with the most beautimous reloading setup which would take me a LOT of research to decide.

An interesting question and one I've thought about before. I think DEF3 summed it up very well and it would be a difficult decision to choose only three but I think Doc44 might be first on my list.

In my circle there is no one that appreciates or likes Smith and Wesson revolvers as much as I do. This forum allows me to be part of a community that I otherwise would not have access to.

Well, I would definitely say Shotguncoach. His gun repairs and excellent pictures and write up are excellent. If I could just learn a bit of his knowledge and skill I would be grateful. Not sure how to pick 2 more.. So many great members. Someone out there that likes model 52's, 629, 686, 617, 625.. Savage 1899's, WW2 weapons...List goes on..

I am flattered.

Alas my traveling days are behind me. However my home, porch swing, kitchen, outdoor grill and pantry are open to any ( and I do mean any) member here as I hold no animosity towards the good folks here. We all have stories to tell.

If anyone wishes to visit me I would suggest expediting matters as the clock is ticking.
