picked up a brand new 351C yesterday, so far everything looks good quality wise , I went to the range and put a box of ammo through it, it shot to where I was aiming and groups looked good for me. I did have 3 fail to fires and I'm guessing because its a rimfire. does anyone know if there is an extended firing pin available for this gun. or is it the same as a 617 10 shot. I replaced it on my 617 and that improved its performance. or if a 1 lb heavier main spring is available for it to help ignition, other then that its quality looks good, it is very light, recoil is negligible. thanks

I am sure it is TK custom has an extended firing pin for rimfire SW and the 617/ 43 c will work in all 351c/351PD.

Sometimes it's the ammo. I'd shoot several different brands side by side and see if any one particular is more prone to having dud primers and how regularly they occur. I have a 43c that's currently back at the shop for the third time. Though I've seen a few misfires, they didn't seem to be one of its regular malfunctions. If I can get it right, then I may think about a 351c.
