My buddy put in his application for a suppressor yesterday at the LGS. He got approved and picked it up at 1:00 today. A slight improvement over what used to take about a year.
Well, that was quick !

I'm seriously thinking about getting one for my 422 and 622VR . That's good to hear , I better do it before they change their minds . Did it come to his house or to an FFL ?

It was all done at the local gun shop. He was informed by e-mail when it was processed and when it was approved. He knew it was approved before the gun shop.
Now if they completely eliminate the approval process for suppessors it will a step in thhe right direction.
If you decide to buy a suppressor, check with your gun store to see if they are waiving the $200 tax fee. Many are, since there will be no NFA tax fee for suppressors or SBRs beginning in 2026 and they want to sell suppressors now.
I didn't realize that! When did that happen?
