I can't believe nobody makes a 1" wide one piece leather rifle sling with brass Chicago screws anymore:mad:
I am NOT going to put a Wally world special with stamped antlers on a 3" wide neoprene padded carrying strap on this rifle.
Can someone PLEASE help!!

I kind of like cotton webbing USGI ones because the adjust easy and the cotton webbing doesn't slip like leather or synthetic. Cheap too. Not perfect but the trade offs work for me. used them for competition because it was just so much faster and easier than messing with leather and it gave me more time to snap in and relax during 3min prep

Galco makes an excellent tapered leather sling for 1" swivels, and a nice 1-1/4" hasty sling. The Hasty sling includes the quick detachable swivels.

Best regards,

Does the CMP sell 1907 military leather slings for M1?

Might be a good source.

Brownell's Latigo Quick Set are my favorite. Actually a little less than 1". The bee's knees especially on a light fine 22lr rifle.

This is what I use too. I have been using this sling for a long time. Have pictures with it on rifles from the early ‘80’s. It will last forever.
It is a great sling, not cheap, built very well and meets all your requirements.
