Copyright 1962. It has 4 cutters. The coarse cutter is on the tool , also has fine cutter and 2 boarder cutters. Note the one offset boarder cutter also doubles as a skip line for 16 lpi. This kit was new in box, probably because of a manufacturer defect. The cutters would not seat fully in place. I had to remove a little material on the holder. I also had to cut a new longer bolt because the supplied bolt was too short to hold a nut. After that it worked like a charm. I cut 4 layout lines In my current project and spacing was the same as my regular gunline spacing cutter.
