A Long Day!
Wooo Is Me! Went to my main quack on Friday and good news, well sort of? Hip issues is sever arthritis? Pretty sever. But no need for any surgery. That's the good news, I guess?
But my main pretty quack also went over my brain scans today with my Brain Quack. Not so good news about my shaking/tremors. It's Parkensons. Oh Well. They acted like they were afraid to tell me?
Let's see, already lost a leg to a idiot drunk driver, went through 6 months of chemotherapy and radiation and they think this is a big deal? Ha Ha! I'll just deal with it? They are all getting together this week to go over my med's and figure out what will help slow the Parkensons? Oh well. Like I told them, until it affects my driving, my shaving, my shooting. I'll deal with it like I have for the last 15 years. It has gotten gradually worse of time. But I've lived with it this long. And it does run in my family. When I was 3-4 years old, I was scared to death of my great grandmother on my fathers side. She had it bad. She was a sweet lady, but it scared me. My father had it but never followed up on it. And my son who is 36 is showing the symptoms.
They said it could be tracked to two genes? And they said if it gets really bad, I could have a half million Dollar implant in my brain like Michael J Fox? Then they asked me if I was going to or thinking about killing myself? I said no, I'm not Robin Williams? But offered me counciling? I said not no, but Hell No! If I can deal with the leg and cancer Poo Poo, I can probably deal with most anything!
So I'm just going to live the rest my life to the fullest and to Hell with everything! Life is to short, I'm going to play the hand I was dealt! I'm going to enjoy my family, my grandson, my cars, my guns and too heck with worrying about it!!!

I have spent my life expanding my repertoire. I could recall thousands of songs and passages and play them from memory.
Depending on my mood I could summon a song from my synaptic archives to fit that mood.

A Trojan earworm has been imbeded in my ROM drive.
Every attempt to circumvent or remove said file only causes it to be opened and played.
I am doomed.

It's Howdy Du... No it's not! It's Beer Time!
Today's selection is from Sierra Nevada brewing of Chico, CA and Mills River, NC. I guess they are local in the land of almonds and the land of tobacco. It is the 2016 Summerfest Crisp Lager.
It is a Czech-style lager featuring a slight malt sweetness, a spicy hop flavor, and the crisp finish you want on a warm summer day. Says so, on the bottle. I agree! Good stuff! Contains 5.0% ABV.
I like it.

Appears to have broken out this Monday!
We are having severe thunderstorms, lots of lightning, and thunder, fair amount of rain.
Watching TWC, North Texas and Oklahoma appear to be getting tornados around the IH 35 area and moving East. Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri getting T storms! Boy, spring can be interesting? Hope everyone is careful and stays safe!

Right now, I'm sipping on the second second of the two bottles I bought. They are good. It's a standard seasonal, so you should be able to find it.
