Tough to top Casablanca for pithy statements. I won't list them, well, maybe just the one which is my favorite:
Round up the usual suspects

I always thought of this scene as a great opportunity to use a Minnesota classic, as in:
The little guy, he was kinda funny lookin'.
In what way?
I dunno. He was just really different. ( pronounced more like differnt)

What have you become?
Exactly what you made me. You've helped me understand this world is exactly like the one outside. A game, one to be fought, taken, won.
I thought you were different. You're just like all the rest.
I'm not like all the rest. I own this world, and I know every trick in it, except for one last thing, the same thing you were looking for when I first came here. Where is the center of the maze, Dolores? [Oh yeah, cue the waterworks. It's about time you realize the futility of your situation.
I'm not crying for myself. I'm cryin' for you. They say that great beasts once roamed this world. Big as mountains. Yet all that's left of them is bone and amber. Time undoes even the mightiest creatures. Just look what it's done to you. One day, you will perish. You will like with the rest of your kind in the dirt. Your dreams forgotten, your horrors faced, your muscles will turn to sand, and upon that sand a new God will walk, one that will never die, because this world doesn't belong to you or the people who came before. It belongs to someone who is yet to come.

Little Big Man
Custer: There are no Indians there, I suppose.
Jack: I didn't say that. There are thousands of Indians down there. And when they get done with you, there won't be nothing left but a greasy spot. This ain't the W.a.s.h.i.t.e River, General, and them ain't helpless women and children waiting for you. They're Cheyenne brave, and Sioux. You go down there, General, if you've got the nerve.
(Sorry about the periods in the River's name, forum software snipped it.)

He actually said "I gots to know." I guess screenwriters could get away with that back then. Speaking of which, pretty much any movie involving John Milius is good for action adventure movie guys.
For consideration, how about a quote considering a man for sheriff:
- He's killed 44 men, and laid low a couple hundred more.
- Is that right? We should have run him for mayor.

Somebody got to know this one.
"I don't know. Thousands of years ago it crashes, and this thing... gets thrown out, or crawls out, and it ends up freezing in the ice.
I just cannot believe any of this voodoo bull.
Childs, happens all the time, man. They're falling out of the skies like flies. Government knows all about it, right, Mac?
You believe any of this voodoo bull, Blair?
Childs, Childs... Chariots of the Gods, man. They practically own South America. I mean, they taught the Incas everything they know."

I wonder how many of y'all will know this one.
"No way... Cole Train, we saw you play.
Hell yeah, baby. Everyone wants to see The Cole Train play!
Marcus, do you remember this guy? Division playoffs? 40 yard line?
I remember that you owe me 20 bucks.
Oh yeah? See me after the war."

Got assigned to escort him during a function once. Told me and partner after 9 -11 he would be flying to gigs commercial. With out fail passenger from first class would approch and ask to switch seats. Seems allways sombody felt better on plane with Mr. T guarding entrance to flight deck. Makes sense to me.

Here's one I actually use from time to time:
"I'd rather you just say thank you, and went on your way."
Not the most famous quote from that movie, though!

When I met him, he and his group were in two black limos. He was at our local mall--which aint much of a mall anymore?--and he was doing a free car giveaway-where contestants had to get into a neck-high container filled with jello--and use their bare foot to search for the car keys. When that ended-I approached him and said something about The A Team. He put arm on my shoulder a we walked outside to the limos. I cant recall what all we talked about but--it was a great time. He gave me 2 front row tickets to the next event--which was a day later. I never went and cant remember why?

Tombstone
I noticed later in the movie they made a point of showing the Earp brothers eating Chinese food.

I always thought he said "IT'S a Smith & Wesson..." Various quote sources have it both ways, but I just went and watched the scene on YT and I'm sticking with "It's".
Dr. No
The mention of S&W is erroneous cuz schmidt didn't make a 1911 back then, and even if they did it would've had a capacity of 7+1 or 9+1. Although, given a taste for exotic weaponry, it wouldn't be out of reach for a Bond movie 1911 to be a .38 Special conversion, which had a capacity of 5+1 and would've been a better round for suppressed use. So that means Bond could've been referring the official name of the round, the .38 Smith & Wesson Special. I'll stop now.

The Killer Angels Oops, sorry, strike that. Serenity
On some commentary Whedon said that he found out after Firefly was broadcast that "shiny" actually was a popular slang term in the old west, with the same meaning.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
Here's more from the same movie:
"New York loved William Tweed... and hated him but for those of us trying to be thieves, we couldn't help but admire him."
