I still use my 5906 PPC9 (6") in our national Police and services match. It's kinda like your PPC match. It's still plenty good enough to win.

The Victoria Police issue round has been the Winchester 147 jhp for about the last 15 years. Chrono runs about 900 to 920 fps. It is not +p+.

Friends, I know it isn't a Smith, but I'm after any help I can get. Need a lead on spares for this revolver, specifically, a firing pin. You guys have been very helpful in the past, and if someone doesn't have an answer around here, then I bet no one does. So, any leads? Thanks in advance.

If the throats are undersized, why not just ream the cylinder throats to the proper size? Was a common problem on some of the 625 guns built early on.

Surely you mean a 5# DA pull? A 5# SA pull wouldn't pass initial armourers inspection for a smith revolver.
