Did inspect. Didn't realize it was supposed to come with one of each till I looked up and researched on S&W site. I have found a friend that has one and tried the seven round mag and I think that I am happy Smith screwed up with mine . The eight round mag feels way better. you are right I need...

No, A grudge because they never offered to pay shipping on their mistake. No I don't want a free lunch. I can afford to buy a hundred mags if I want but I expect a higher Standard from Smith customer service .

I Started with an LCP and it stung my hand after about fives shots. Sold it and bought a Body guard. Love it , much much better for me to shoot. Just my two cents

If they would have at least offered to pay for shipping I would agree. Might be just me but when I spend 400 bucks for a pistol I expect to get what I paid for. I even sent them a pic of both mags. Oh well guess I will have to be more careful from now on.
