JaPes, excuse my ignorance and OP I apologize for high jacking your thread. Does using a low profile gas block have any advantages over shaving down the A2 front sight?

Just received mine from Buds. Reset is more pronounced than my Shield but it's just as gritty as the Shield before I added the Apex trigger. I figure a few hundred rounds might clean it up. If not It'll get the same Apex upgrade as the Shield.

I have the rubberized Talons on my Shield and magazines. I really like the feel of them. With a couple thousand rounds through it there is no sign of wear or peeling. I just ordered a set for my M&P 9FS.

I've been carrying my shield IWB at the 4:00 position with the rubber Talon grips and no undershirt for about a year now with no issues at all. I suppose if you had sensitive skin you may have a problem but normal skin you should be good to go.
