It's a Long Tube barrel , and I would say it was done by a famous outside Master . The animal is as well done as I could ever imagine and and is done in Gold. It has some other minor Gold inlay .

I know it's pretty hard to say .......but what is a ball park value on a really spectacularly ,professionally ,fully engraved 97+ % blued S&W .44 Magnum ? I have seen a few over the years and most of the engraving , although attractive , left me lacking something . This one I saw recently...

A Pre-29 five screw .44 magnum is something I will always dream about owning ..........in 1976 I gave my Uncle 300$ to find me a nice one ......he never did and I ended up getting the 300$ back to spend on my first wife . Oh for the testosterone of a young ,foolish man ..........
