I kind of want to trade my Shield for a no safety version, but I'm not really wanting to deal with the night sights and apex kit again.

I can't speak overall since I didn't even know this was a common issue here, but I'll say my Shield has been more consistent with 115 grain rounds than my late gen 3 glock 19.

I'll read the forums sometimes and get a bit depressed with the customer service complaints and some of the issues with other's shields, but all I've had to do so far is take it back to the range and it reasserts its position as a keeper. I've been completely satisfied with my purchase (Shield 9mm).

How do you carry the 340? My current carry is G30S in a Hidden Hybrid Holster. Otherwise I just throw the dice and pick between a G19, G30S, G27, XDS45, Shield 9, CM9, M&P340, CW380, or LCP depending on what I have to do and what I'm wearing. I'm hoping to pick up an SP101 soon as well.
