I agree in the sense that the compact can most definitely hold its own. In fact with x grips and a 17 round mag, it *almost* doesn't make sense as much as owning a shield and wanting an FS would. Personally I would love an FS but I would definitely choose a different caliber to further justify...

It depends on what caused the problem and what exactly you are doing when the problem happens. If you pull the trigger and nothing happens, and you are at the range. Just keep it pointed down range for about 20-30 seconds. I had a really good instructor and he basically told me to point it...

I love my compact. My most recent revelation is how good the Remora is. I didn't like it at first but I am finding it to be my most comfortable holster (pending new belt and pants purchase, my old jeans are shrinking.) I wouldn't mind getting a 45 FS...

Just read that some people in texas are walking around with empty holsters, holding a carrot or pocket constitution. Ironically, people are smiling and laughing at this and asking more about why they are doing this (instead of banning them from the premises). There is always more than one way...

Well, the restaurant in NC comes to mind. They banned all weapons, concealed or not, and then proceeded to get robbed at gun point. Though, they may change that now... Granted, that wasn't texas....

I think if you're trying to protest the oc laws, there is a far more tactful way to do so. It is irritating, although I prefer cc, because all they did was stir the pot in a negative way. So many people are becoming selfish in the way they protest in that they hardly think of the greater...

Saw that video the other day and had a good laugh. Butterscotch is definitely (not) at the top of my list for concealed carry methods.
