I like the Miculek grips. Good for small hands, no finger grooves that try to spread your fingers under recoil. I've got a pair on a 625 and then bought a pair for a 686+.

The factory JM grips fit me just fine. I've tried 2 types of rubber and Herrett Shooting Stars and settled back on the Miculeks. Give them a try, you might like them. Especially if you hate finger grooves.

In case anyone might be interested, I just got an email from Wolff tech support confirming that 686's need a longer than factory strain screw with their factory strength mainspring. It would be nice if they would warn people about that up front. I'll just stick with the factory spring and screw.
