What do i buy next ? I have all what i need in Revolvers but why do i keep looking for one ? It's like a drug. I have from 22 to 44 mag -from snub nose to 6 in. S&W & Ruger. What can i buy for 2014 ? Now i know why guys start getting into collectible. It's the hunt..... I was looking on line for hours today looking for my next gun and the only one that i found is a Python 4 in. 357.
I should of just when to the range and bang out a few hundred rounds..... What do you guys look for when you have all what you need in Revolvers ?

I listen to the little goober sitting on my shoulder and buy another. I've got 2 on the way, one I bought just last night and said...That's it for awhile! Then I remembered one I forgot about that closes this weekend. After that one, that's it for awhile! Well, that is if I can get the goober to quit running his mouth. He had a very good year, my bank account? No so much.

I kinda like the little bugger though...;)

A 4" .500 S&W Mag. OR, a 4" .460 S&W Mag. OR a 625 .45 Colt 6 1/2"
After i was on line for hours today,i went to my LGS and looked at all the guns and thatis what i picked out 500 SW then the 460 SW but then i saw the price of ammo. $35 bucks for 20 rounds..

I want a 357. I have a 38 j frame, 625 and 629.

I'm struggling between whether to get a heavier revolver (627 or 686) first or to get a 3" model 60.

The 627 pro would be practical for a lot of purposes, and perfect for gun games.

The 60 weighs a pound less, and would be more useful as a carry / survival revolver, especially if it had a second 9mm cylinder.

Lots of fun choices. Both or all seems to be the best answer. The tough question is which first!

I just bought my first S&W..a 686-2 with 8 3/8". It's way big but tame to shoot and has a great feel and trigger.

But I have on layaway a really nice 629 unfluted with 7 1/2" :)
Built in '89, it's supposedly a limited run for some reseller. But I bought it because it's just darned nice and a good companion to the 686.

Now, for some nice wooden grips...

The s&w m25 in 45 long colt with 6 1/2" barrel will complete my 6"/6 1/2" collection. But I need a s&w m29 6 1/2" in nickel.

You ought to have these, and if you don't, then get one of these:

Colt 1911 .45 ACP
Browning HP Mk III 9mm
S&W Model 10 or 64, 4 inch
S&W 642
S&W 617
S&W 686+
S&W 29 or 629
S&W 27
Glock 19
Glock 26
Walther PPK
SIG Sauer M11
SIG Sauer Mk 25
Ruger Mk III 22 Auto
Ruger 10/22
An M4 type, such as Colt 6920SOCOM or M&P15X
Remington 870
Browning Citori Lightning 20 gauge
Ruger Gunsite Scout .308

That 's a pretty good start. How about those? I know you said revolver, but just trying to get you to think "outside the box." :)

Well in a perfect world it would be either a 627 PC 5" or 327 8-shot. But I really like the 681s I'm seeing flood the market, and they are more in my price range!

Right now I have no clue but I'm sure that when I see it, I'll know right away that it's the one!

Figured out that I really like to target shoot at little dots on paper and I need/want an accurate gun to do so....

what I do not like is a compensator and really heavy recoiling guns....

I have had a 329PD, never again..... even with .44 special loads it was too tough for my weaksauce self....

my .500 S&W was easier to shoot....

I have had an SVI Infinity race gun, but .38 super ammo was too expensive and goes tooooo fast with a gun that a 28 round magazine can fit in!!!!

(I am still looking for another SVI Infinity if the price is right again.... this one was so awesome, but I traded it for the trade of a lifetime, so I had to do it....)

Still thinking about a model 52-2 possibly, but, for now, I was thinking I wanted a target revolver....

I want something that doesn't kick much at all, is very accurate, and ammo is not hard to get if You can find a source...

I decided that I wanted a .32 caliber revolver so the search began......

Got a 16-4 .32 H&R mag in 6 inch barrel coming my way now, should be here by next Friday...

I wasn't even looking for one before I bought a bunch of fiocchi .32 wad cutter ammo that was 40% off at academy...... I couldn't walk by it.... it just kept staring at me!!!

I had a model 30 no dash a while back that I stupidly sold for too cheap and I missed the little .32 S&W long cartridge....

So, to go with a model 30-1 snubby that I just got 4 days ago, I will have this model 16-4 as a target revolver....

now I am eyeing a K32.....

but my money pocket don't agree with my buying hand.....

Either way, musn't let the dream crusher find out the plan......
