Good News My LGS was able to contact a distributer to find the M&P Pro Series with 5in barrel - Non Core in a 9mm. It should ship early need week. Can't wait. $599.00 plus tax

Actually it was Ready Line and the price has been tagged at $600.00 cash for a number of weeks when I have looked at it. I was waiting to purchase a Glock 42 for my wife before I bought as second firearm for me. That's what I get for being a good husband. I bought the Glock for her on 2/21...

No one seems to have them in southwestern Ohio and the cost was $600.00 cash which seems like a good price. Considering the Core as another option but it is $70.00 more and not sure if it is worth the added cost.

Well I made my decision yesterday morning to purchase a M&P 9mm 5 inch Pro Series handgun to go with my Shield. I was at the range and they had one left around 10:00 am. I needed to make a couple of runs and get the cash from the bank but did not get back there until around 5:30. Well my waiting...

I and my wife have used it with single and double stack mags including 9mm shield with no issues

Thanks for all that replied. I ended up ordering a DeSantis Scabbard holster from Amazon. Hope I made the correct choice. Guess I will know in a few days.
