My personal opinion: since the Shield is designed to be a self defense pistol/BUG and not a duty weapon, we should consider distances of 15 yards or less. Also, we could do timed drills for folks who have access to a shot timer (I don't yet, but working on it). I think the key will be to use...

Can't speak to the 9c, but love my Shield! Shoots great and disappears in my Old Faithful IWB rig.
